The One Machine Dual Use double-layer high-speed hose steel wire braiding machine developed by our company, it can be used as single deck hose steel wire braiding machine. Functionally developed equipment with high productivity and high degree of automation.
Through frequency conversion speed regulation to adjust the braiding pitch and traction pressure matching adjustment, the braiding production can be realized from the diameter range of Ф5 to Ф65 and the braiding of long mandrel hoses with any pitch from 20 to 175mm. Meets the production needs of general industrial rubber and plastic hose reinforcement layer braiding.
PLC, touch screen and frequency control system are adopted, Pitch change can be controlled, set and stored by itself;
Large capacity of spool (8KG), reduced the number of wire changes per unit time, improved the time and efficiency of continuous braiding operations;
Advanced spindle structure design, tension stability:
a. Mechanical clutch mode is adopted for spool setting out, make sure the pay off frequency is stable;
b. The spool tension is controlled and regulated by an even number of compression springs, Ensure the stability of tension. The pay out assembly can be interchanged with any pair;
c. There is no interference relationship between tension control and spindle body, Interchangeable pay off assembly.
