The horizontal high-speed cotton thread braiding machine developed by our company is based on the introduction of the hydraulic brake hose braiding production line and the automotive air-conditioning hose braiding production line from Italy Pirelli Company, and through digestion and absorption, a high productivity, high degree of automation equipment that integrates  advanced functions such as hydraulic brake hose braiding production line, horizontal mechanical transmission, automatic lubrication, etc. 

Now the main products are single, double and three-layer 64-spindle, 48-spindle, 36-spindle, 24-spindle, 20-spindle and 16-spindle cotton thread braiding machines. Adjusting the braiding pitch by frequency conversion and matching adjustment of traction pressure can realize braiding production from Ф5-Ф65 diameter range, 12-150mm arbitrary pitch long-mandrel hose braiding. It satisfies the production needs of general industrial rubber and plastic hose reinforcing layer braiding.

1. Braiding machine engine

The drive system of the main machine adopts a geared motor, which is transmitted to the synchronous belt through the long shaft, so that the rotational torque of the motor is uniform and the speed is stable. The transmission of the braiding layer is sent to the braiding spindle by precision gears and drive plate, and the braiding spindle runs on the countertop at high speed to achieve the high-speed and low-noise braiding process.

Traction system

The traction system adopts a frequency converter and synchronous belt transmission device, making the traction speed adjustment accurate and fast. Meet the requirements of braided hoses with different pitches. The compression of the traction belt is completed using a cylinder, and the adjustment of the compression force is very convenient, as long as it is adjusted with the pressure reducing valve. Compared with mechanical compression, pneumatic compression has a more uniform compression force, good flexibility, and strong adaptability, which can improve the quality of braided hoses and reduce waste products.

Automatic lubrication system

The automatic lubrication system adopts the world's advanced pneumatic automatic control oil supply station. The machine rotates and the oil supply station starts working. When the machine stops and the pneumatic oil supply station automatically stops. When the oil supply station lacks oil supply, the machine will also automatically stop automatically, so that the lubricating oil of the main engine can be fully satisfied, ensure the normal lubrication of the main engine for a long time, and prevent the occurrence of oil shortage of the main engine.

2. Electrical control system

The electrical control system of this machine uses high-standard and high-quality components. The main engine adopts all famous and high-quality products in the current international market. The main control part adopts PLC and touch screen control, achieving human-machine dialogue and fully considering the process, precision, safety, and maintenance aspects.
